While some people believe it’s almost impossible to break into the labor market, there are others who earn a living from their day jobs. Now, it’s understandable to believe you’re better off as an entrepreneur or a small business owner, but note that we all can’t be entrepreneurs. Not everyone can survive the challenges that come with owning businesses.

To further understand what it takes to be employable, we ran a mini-survey on close friends and associates who work in very reputable organizations in Nigeria and collected data from 11 contributors who were willing to share their opinion on the employment strategy they had to go through before they got their jobs.
