The computer appreciation course is designed for those who do not know anything about computers and want a solid foundation of knowledge on the use of computers. At the end of this program, the participant will be able to do most basic things with the computer, typing, basic designs, calculations, presentation and use of the internet.
Learning Outcome
Upon course completion, students will learn PC fundamentals, Microsoft Word for typing and basic design, Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and calculations PowerPoint for slides and presentations. Students will also learn how to do research on the internet using tools like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla and Wikipedia.
